ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF IMPLEMENTATION OF PENSION REFORM IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article reveals the essence of the concept of “pensioner” in accordance with modern legislation. The legal and regulatory framework for implementing pen-sion reform in Ukraine is explored. A description of the new order of retirement de-pending on the available insurance record is performed. The advantages and disad-vantages of introducing the pension reform in Ukraine are presented. The main directions of overcoming the negative consequences of introducing changes in the pension system of Ukraine are proposed.
