ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT: THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS AND PROSPECTS OF IN THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
Introduction. Today organizational change is not the most important component of the management of the organization. It should be noted that the method of organizational development (at least its most essential components) is widely used in organizational practices of modern enterprises. Organizational development is defined as long-term, thorough, comprehensive process of change and development of organization and working people in it, strategy for the development of management organizational structure of training procedures that can work within the new organization as organizational management structures are necessary but not sufficient condition for the effective functioning of the organization. Methods. The study was conducted on the basis of system and process approaches to the use of modern management changes. Materials for this study served as the works of local and foreign scientists, as well as their own observations and developments. The following research methods are used in the written article, such as: monographic, comparative and analytical method, monitoring and tabular method of filing the information. Results. The result of the study is to compare the concepts of organizational development, business process reengineering. It is proposed to develop a mechanism of organizational development and business process reengineering, as management methods of changes at the enterprises that require unity of performers and leaders in conducting changes; quality management personnel and staff involved in vigorous action to amend; business processes with outputs corresponding to their objectives and goals of the business; information technology as a condition for radical change going forward needs to implement business initiatives that will be the focus of our research perspective. Discussion. Improving the efficiency of the organization in the long term has become as routine care for managers, as well as operating performance of its ongoing work. Therefore, our attention is focused on taking into account the specific characteristics of domestic organizations in the application of international theories of organizational development.
