ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACTS FOR EFFECTIVE PROJECT VALUE MANAGEMENT

Abstract
The article highlights conceptual approaches and recommendations for organizational changes aimed at ensuring more effective project management in the area of creating their value in Ukrainian business. The main functions of managing the value of projects in the context of forming a new philosophy of conducting business activities of the enterprise are considered, covering the definition and provision of value expectations of stakeholders from individual manifestation to creating value for the enterprise.
