Organizational structure and features of Sports Committee of Ukraine

Abstract
Purpose: in order to improve the management of non-Olympic sports in Ukraine to determine the structure and functions of the Sports Committee of Ukraine. Material and Methods: analysis and synthesis of scientific literature; analysis of documentary materials; sociological methods. Results: we find the structure of the Sports Committee of Ukraine as hierarchical with complexity traits. Local management bodies are: the General Assembly, the Executive Committee, the Bureau and the President. The decisions of the governing bodies implementation shall exercise the Executive Directorate and four commissions. It is shown that the strategic resource of the Sports Committee of Ukraine are knowledge and exclusive experience; capability perspective of reforming the sphere of physical culture and sports, work on the development of the Academy of Sports Committee of Ukraine.
