ORIGINAL METHOD OF INFLUENCE ON THE LEVEL OF PROINFLAMMATORY CYTOKINE TNF-ALPHA ACTIVITY
Journal Title: Гепатологія - Year 2017, Vol 36, Issue 2
Abstract
A new personifi ed method of infl uence on activity condition of pro-infl ammatory cytokine – tumor necrosis factor alpha by means of intradermal autoleukocyte immunization has been described in the article. It has been established that autoleukocyte immunization leads to a signifi cant decrease in a high level of tumor necrosis factor synthesis, which has a positive impact on the course of such diseases as psoriasis and chronic hepatitis B. In some patients with psoriasis and viral hepatitis, if necrosis factor could not be detected by ELISA method, its amount in the blood increased aft er immunization, which also had a positive impact on the course of these diseases.
