ORIGINS OF MODERN CONSTITUTIONAL ENGINEERING

Abstract
This article explores the problems of epistemological, political, legal foundations of constitutional engineering in the form of transformations in the country and forecasts for further modernization and reform of the constitutional foundations of power and lawmaking. Constitutional engineering aims to develop political and legal, constitutional mechanisms for renewal and national genesis, the implementation of appropriate reforms on basis of the current Constitution.
