ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ДОСУДОВОГО ВРЕГУЛЮВАННЯ ІНДИВІДУАЛЬНИХ ТРУДОВИХ СПОРІВ

Abstract
The article analyzes the problematic issues of pre-trial settlement of individual labor disputes and identifies its certain peculiarities. The conclusion is based on the necessity of improving the existing norms concerning pre-trial settlement of individual labor disputes and the necessity of adopting a sub-normative legal act on the issues of regulating the work of commissions in labor disputes is proposed in this regard.
