ОСОБЛИВОСТІ КЛІНІЧНОГО ПЕРЕБІГУ ГАСТРОЕЗОФАГЕАЛЬНОЇ РЕФЛЮКСНОЇ ХВОРОБИ У ПОЄДНАННІ З ЕНДЕМІЧНИМ ЗОБОМ

Abstract
This article is devoted to diagnosis of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) (80 patients) and GERD in combination with endemic goiter (EG) (40 patients) according to the character of esophageal refluxes. Clinical manifestations of isolated GERD and GERD in combination with endemic goiter have been studied, key symptoms are highlighted. An assessment of the quality and structure of sleep in patients with combined patology has been performed. It has been established that in cases of combination of gastroesophageal reflux disease with endemic goiter, the symptoms of esophagocardial (in 3.1 times), esophagopulmonary (in 2.9 times) and oropharyngeal syndromes (in 3.8 times) were more often detected. In cases of combined pathology, typical for GERD complaints are often masked with clinical manifestations of thyroid disease.
