Abstract
The article, based mainly on archival sources, the analysis of the liquidation policy of the Bolshevik party in relation to the right assaram, on materials of the South of Ukraine. Legal sources which was used bolshevists in a fight against political opposition in the period of becoming of the totalitarian system are certain.
