СПЕЦИФІКА ФОРМУВАННЯ КОНКУРЕНТОСПРОМОЖНОЇ ТУРИСТИЧНОЇ ІНДУСТРІЇ НА РЕГІОНАЛЬНОМУ РІВНІ

Abstract
In article investigated specificity of the formation of competitive advantages in tourist at the regional level. The definition of the term «region», «tourist region», «tourist product», «competitiveness of tourist product» is theoretically analyzed. It has been established that the priority components of ensuring sustainable development of the country are an important part in solving the issues of raising the standard of living of the population to overcome the existing negative economic trends of regional development. It is determined that one of the ways out of the crisis economic situation at the regional level is to create system and complex preconditions for the development of tourism, improve the functional and technical quality of the components of the regional tourism product. It is revealed that a competitive tourism product, with the right combination of factors of its formation and implementation, promotes regional development and increases the standard of living of a population in a certain territory. The methodical issues of developing a tourist product for regional development are substantiated. It is determined that the necessary elements of a competitive tourist regional system are infrastructure, tourism product and population. The methodical approach to the formation of a competitive tourism industry at the regional level, based on customer-orientated bases of development and provision of tourist services, is suggested.
