Abstract
The article deals with countering problematic issues of determining the range of sources of criminal law. It is based on the systematic analysis of the different forms of fixing criminal law provisions and draw conclusions as the forms of securing the criminal law provision can be considered as the sources of criminal law of Ukraine. It sets the range of the criminal law sources of Ukraine.
