ОСОБЛИВОСТІ СЕРТИФІКАЦІЇ «HALAL» ДЛЯ ХАРЧОВИХ ПРОДУКТІВ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ В УМОВАХ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ ІНТЕГРАЦІЇ

Abstract
В статті проаналізовано особливості сертифікації «halal» для сільськогосподарської та харчової продукції українських підприємств. Виявлено, що на розвиток «халяль-індустрії» вплинула втрата російських ринків і переорієнтація українських виробників на ринки арабо-мусульманських країн. Дано визначення науковим категоріям «сертифікація», «сертифікат «Халяль» (halal)». Охарактеризовано вимоги до сировини і складових речовин у виробництві продуктів харчування згідно вимог «Халяль», описано процедуру проходження сертифікації «Халяль» для сільськогосподарської продукції. Доведено, що сертифікація «halal» є дієвим управлінським інструментом забезпечення якості сільськогосподарської продукції, який відкриває значні перспективи експорту харчової продукції в країни Близького Сходу
