PRINCIPLES AND FUNCTIONS OF MECHANISMS REGULATION ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES ZONE OF RADIOACTIVE CONTAMINATION

Abstract
The comparative data analysis of the dosimetric passport system in the years of 2001 and 2011 was made and the general trend for the lowering of the local inhabitants’ irradiation accounting as for per year was substantiated. In context of the analysis efficiency of agricultural enterprises radioactive pollution zone and generally recognized international and national experiences formed the principles and functions, about the possibility providing of compromise between economic development and preservation of agricultural enterprises environment accordance with the current norms of the mechanism regulation of economic and environmental development.
