Abstract
On the basis of generalization of theoretical approaches regarding the notion of "threat to personnel" identified its essential characteristics (internal and external personnel security threat, its character, subject and object). The place of human risks in the enterprise personnel management system. It is proved that the staff is the active subject of threats that destructive aims to information and material safety of the enterprise. The system of measures for management of human risk in working with plant personnel.
