IMPROVEMENT OF METHODS OF THE ASSESSMENT OF EFFICIENCY OF DIVERSIFICATION OF ACTIVITY OF THE ENTERPRISES OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERING

Abstract
The approaches to estimation of productive diversification оn machine-building enterprises are investigational. The most widespread methodologies are analyzed. Their advantages and defects are certain. In the article economic efficiency of activity of the diversifyed enterprise and economic effect is considered from introduction of strategy of diversification. Grounded and the complex method of estimation of efficiency of diversification is offered, where during the analysis not only the financial indexes or sizes, measured monetary, but also natural indexes which characterize activity of being subject in charge from the different points of view, are used.
