Abstract

Proved that in an increasingly globalizing world economy, worsening international competition is the most important factor in national competitiveness is highly qualified and motivated human resources. Determined, that modern technology human resource management concept for the establishment of management personnel. Based monographs us systematically trends, that are characteristic of the current stage of development of human resources. Determined that the modern concept of human development offers four ways to achieve a balance between economic and human development view of the above circumstances justified the principles on which should be based on the concept of human development in Ukraine. The concept of human development reflects the goals, principles and priorities in the field of human resource management community. In many developed market economies based on the concept developed by the state social policy and its main component - personnel policy, which is the area of human resources management. Determined that in the Ukraine to build and implement their own concepts of human resources necessary to carry out a series of steps. They systematized the author in a separate table. The concept of the globalized, modern human resources management directly exceptional importance to individual staff. By investing in its development, the company will receive significant benefits in the future. Therefore, the issue of human resources is significant value in the development of companies and is central to the organization, to hold its position in the domestic and international arenas.
