Abstract
High Tibial Osteotomy is an effective surgical procedure used in the course of medial compartment knee osteoarthritis treatment. It is based on cutting the tibia. The improvement of surgical techniques and fixation devices has allowed for earlier, more advanced return of a patient to activity, resulting in the need for a new individualized rehabilitation protocol.
