OWN VALUE OF LAW ORDER IN THE LEGAL SCOPE

Abstract
The article is devoted to research of own value of contemporary law order on legal scope. Law order of legal area is a value because it has an unique role in functioning of legal system. At same time, value of legal order as higher as it is over according fundamental proper values, particularly a justice. So in this regard legal order must be a just state of a legal life.
