ОХОРОНА ПРАВ ТА СВОБОД ДИТИНИ: МІЖНАРОДНИЙ ТА НАЦІОНАЛЬНИЙ АСПЕКТИ

Abstract
The authors on the basis of analysis of normative-legal acts, international conventions present the current status of protection of the rights and freedoms of the child at international and national levels. It is noted that in the scientific literature quite a few scientists worked on the problem of the protection of the rights and freedoms of the child. Based on the analysis of legal documents it was offered to confirm about children rights, that are already granted to people in general through other treaties, strengthened some basic human rights in order to take into account the special needs and vulnerability of children to establish legal norms on the issues, that are important to children, who live with genetic parents and adoptive.
