Participation of regions in decision-making process in the EU: problem statement

Abstract
The article analyses the role of regions in executive system of the ЕU, particularly, in legislative processes, determines the possibility of their influence on making of states-members opinion in regard to a certain question at the level of the Union, and also regions’ direct participation in ЕU politics, in the context of Lisbon Treaty novels.
