Abstract
The article deals withclarifyingthe ambiguousness of influenceof the conflict on the employment behaviour of employeesand the system of social and labour relations in the organization. The emergence of constructive and destructive changes inemploymentbehaviouras a result of the conflicthas been proved. The role of the leader in resolving the conflict situation has been characterized. The content of the conflict management functions in the general management system of the companyhas been disclosed.
