PARTICULAR WAY OF INCITEMENT TO SUICIDE

Abstract
In this work the issues contained in the disposition of the article, which provides criminal penalties for incitement to suicide. The author draws attention to the peculiarities of terminology and definition of the content of concepts examining the views of scientists in this field. Analysis of the terms contained in this article: "abuse", "blackmail", "forced illegal actions", "systematic humiliation of human dignity."
