PARTIES OF LEGAL RELATION, CONNECTED WITH BANK SECRECY

Abstract
The article includes determination of the parties of banking legal relations, connected with bank secrecy. The distinction between parties of those legal relations is made by the criteria of the type of banking relationships, in which they are taking part (bank secrecy keeping or bank secrecy disclosure).
