Peculiarities in WC and W2C Eutectic Phases Dissolution in Interfacial Zones of Composites
Journal Title: Фізика і хімія твердого тіла - Year 2016, Vol 17, Issue 3
Abstract
Annotation: The structural and phase composition of dissolution-and-diffusion interfacial zones at the particle-matrix interfaces of the composites reinforced with W–C particles infiltrated by a molten iron-base binder has been investigated. The peculiarities in the filler’s phases dissolution during infiltration have been explained within the framework of computed model allowing the estimation of an average atom oscillation frequency of the investigated phases.

Determination of local strains in a neighborhood of cracks in a welded seam of Ni-Cr-Fe according to the power Fourier spectrum of Kikuchi patterns
A discrete two-dimensional Fourier transform and the power Fourier spectrum are used for determination of average strains near cracks in a welded seam of Ni-Cr-Fe alloy. The alignment of Kikuchi images with the help of g...
Self-Consistent Calculation of Potential Profile of GaN/AlN Resonace Tunnelling Structures
For resonant tunneling structure with GaN – potential wells and AlN – potential barriers, calculation of internal fields caused by piezoelectric and spontaneous polarization was carried. In the model the effective mass o...
Analysis of Capacity and Phase Composition of Chromotitanazing Surface
The article deals with the investigation of phase composition and capacity of chromotitanazing surface of steel of 25X5MA. Components made of steel with the coatings applied ШХ-15 and 12XH3A were taken as comparison. Abs...
Interaction Studying in System GeO - B2O3 by Spectroscopic Methods
Because of X-ray amorphous character of GeO and B2O3 for study of interaction between them methods of IR transmission spectroscopy and spectroscopy of diffuse reflectance are applied. Essential change of positionand inte...
Electrochemical Investigation of Hydrogen Influence on GaSe–PbSe System
It has been investigated the electrochemical characteristics of gallium and lead selenides, depending on electrolyte type with and without the presence of solar irradiation. During the sunlight irradiation polarization t...
