PECULIARITIES OF CATEGORY “ZMAGALNYST” IN THE CONTEXT OF THE DECORATION OF CRIMINAL PROCESS OF LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition of the conceptual basis of competition in the criminal process of Ukraine. The development of the studied category in legal acts and in scientific research is traced. Particular attention is paid to attempts to improve the legal mechanism for the implementation of adversarial proceedings in criminal proceedings. The ways of improving the legal mechanism for the implementation of adversarial proceedings in criminal proceedings are proposed.
