Abstract
The article investigates the origin and formation of the theory of legal convergence. Analysis of scientific research scientists in the field of philosophy, sociology, economics, can trace the path of laying out the theory of convergence. Stating the steps of development of this theory in the legal sphere. Author shows the main research areas of the theory of convergence in various areas of national legislation.
