Peculiarities of court order of defense of rights of intellectual property subjects in the health care sphere

Abstract
In this article the peculiarities of the court order of defense of rights of intellectual property subjects in the sphere of health care are analyzed in the context of determining the persons entitled to legal protection and those who were given the right to apply to court in the interests of other persons. The article contains the analysis of the content of several concepts – legally protected interest, public interest, state and society interest. The article examines the precedents of case laws of national courts and the European Court of Human Rights for the dispute resolution raised by persons who appeal to the court in the interests of other people.
