PECULIARITIES OF PEDAGOGICAL SKILLS FORMATION OF FINE ARTS TEACHERS

Abstract
The article is an attempt to reveal the features of formation of pedagogical skills of teachers of fi ne arts in terms of an educational institution. It was found, that a central component of pedagogical skills of teachers is developed psycho-pedagogical thinking, which activates creativity in teaching activities. Pedagogical skills of teachers of fi ne arts presupposes formed in his system qualities (creativity, refl exivity, erudition, ability to anticipate and project, activity, willpower et al.), which describe him as a creative personality, also original style of creative activity, featuring versatility and desirability of interaction with students through art.
