IMPLEMENTATION OF OPEN MODULAR MULTIMEDIA PLATFORM IN THE POSTAL EDUCATION SYSTEM

Abstract
The study deals with the design and implementation of an open educational modular multimedial platform in the sys- tem of postgraduate education. It is the development of electronic educational resources for the postgraduate education system that requires appropriate changes in pedagogical technologies. It is obvious that in order to solve the problems of higher education and the system of post-graduate education, new instruments of organization of the educational process are needed that are in line with the realities of higher education pedagogy and the practicality of a modern teacher. It is necessary to create conditions for improving the productivity of the teacher with the simultaneous increase in the availability and quality of training due to its individualization. A sharp increase in the number of students per one teacher will provide a toolkit to support the learning process based on the multi-agent system in the intelligent computer network. The main task of such a software complex – the automated distribution of training tasks and monitoring their implementation with the help of intelligent agents, removing from the teacher the load of monotonous, non-creative, but very resource-intensive operations. From the perspective of the learner, such an organization of the educational process provides the most comfortable conditions for educational activity, expands the possibilities of individual planning, eliminates the risks of conflicts. At the same time, thanks to the variability of electronic training modules, a person-oriented learning is implemented taking into account the ability of the learner, his social status, the possibilities of health, psychological, religious and other aspects. The creation of a complex of variables, differentiated by the complexity of educational materials, the use of intellectual agents for the interaction of the WT group and the control of their academic achievements are solved by a number of topical issues: – the productivity of the teacher is sharply increased, and the area of his activity is not limited to the walls of a par- ticular educational institution; – the possibilities for obtaining education in comfortable conditions are significantly increased; – personality-oriented learning is implemented. The mentioned advantages of the open educational modular multimedial system provide the quality of electronic edu- cational resources necessary for wide introduction and effective use in the educational process through the development of active-activity forms of education, open the prospects of new educational technologies, new forms of classroom and independent educational work, remote.
