PECULIARITIES OF PUBLIC DANGER AS GROUNDS FOR THE CRIMINALIZATION OF ILLEGAL ENRICHMENT

Abstract
In this article were researched the main criteria’s, which determine the public danger of Unjust enrichment. Was found that the character and the degree of public danger of a crime, under the article 3682 of Criminal Code of Ukraine, which infringes on a wide range of public relations, is sufficient for the existence of appropriate criminal legal prohibition.
