PECULIARITIES OF THE INFLUENCE OF THE REGIONAL FISHING COMMUNITY IN KRAKOW ON THE STATE MANAGEMENT OF THE FISHING INDUSTRY IN GALICIA AT THE END OF THE 19TH – early 20TH century

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study, which is due to the fact that today the problem of state regulation of the fish-ing industry remains insufficiently studied in the domestic scientific literature on public administration issues and is debatable in the society. With the approval of democratic governance regimes, relations in the functioning of public organizations change radically. For this purpose, the influence of the regional fishing community in Cracow on the development of public administration in the field of fishing in Galicia has been investigated. To achieve the above analysis of the institutional organization of the Krai Fishing Society, the methods and forms of the impact of society on the implementation of statutory requirements, as well as the influence of society on public authorities through the organization of courses, exhibitions, publications, cooperation with international organizations.
