FEATURES, CHALLENGES AND PROSPECTS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ANTICORRUPTION POLICY IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article on the basis of the analysis of manifestations of corruption in public administration marked too wide discretionary powers of officials and officers. Listed regulations, forming an anti-corruption legal framework of Ukraine and noted its characteris-tics and features. It was noted the main anti-corruption direction. Attention is drawn to the fact that the establishment of a construc-tive partnership of public authorities with civil society organizations in the field of anti-corruption should ensure the formation of a negative attitude towards any manifestations of corruption in the society. The subject of study is especially the problems and prospects of implementation of anti-corruption policy in Ukraine. The aim of this paper is to analyze the current state of preventing and combating corruption, defined features and proposed pri-ority areas of anti-corruption policy in Ukraine. It is proved that the strategic goal of the anti-corruption policy is the fight against corruption at all levels by improving the transparency of activities of state bodies, the rights and freedoms of man and citizen, to create conditions for economic development, ensuring European social standards and welfare of the population, reduction of corruption in Ukraine and the elimination of the causes and conditions stipulate that its openness and transparency in decision-making and publicizing them in the media, holding public consultation and discussion prior to their adoption.
