ROLE OF GOVERNMENT REGULATION IN ENERGY SECURITY

Abstract
Determined that the main subjects of energy relations increasingly become separate states, where the field of en-ergy interests of these powers extend beyond national borders and provides for the establishment of control over the areas of the most promising fields in the world to provide sustainable energy exports to their countries. It is noted that in determining the role of the state in the energy sector must be considered that the material basis of human civiliza-tion is a social production, its continuous renewal and improvement. A priority accept state regulation of ensuring the energy security of the process of social production, the minimum required volume (and required quality) labor, natu-ral capital (capital) and institutional resources.
