VARIABILITY TYPOLOGY PUBLIC ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract
The article examines the social organization as a factor of democratization and building of civil society. The vari-ability of the definition of «civil society» was displayed. The typology of public organizations by modern researchers was disclosed. Various approaches to streamline public organizations were analyzed. It is proved that the rapid for-mation of a civil society in Ukraine is possible only with constructive cooperation of public authorities with civil so-ciety organizations of various kinds. Taking into account the severity of the problem and studying issues in today’s reality, the researchers bypassed too acute problems, conflicts, negative phenomena, unsolved problem in the above mentioned issues of cooperation. The urgency of this problem, and the lack of its development led to the choice of the theme of the scientific research. At the present stage of development of Ukraine there is the process of further ex-panding democracy among the Ukrainian society. Unde the present circumstances of our country's Independence, when the process of social and economic crisis is deepening it is significant to develop the combination of effort and performance of all state bodies and relevant NGOs and associations. The presence in the country of a large number of NGOs and groups of different orientation and forms, shows the sustainable further development of the process of democratization of Ukrainian society and its transformation by objective indicators of civil society. The logical gen-eralizing classification of public organizations was developed and offered.
