THE CAUSES OF CONFLICTS IN THE SYSTEM OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

Abstract
This article explores the key groups of reasons of conflicts in public administration. Psychological factors, situa-tioonal reasons influencing on the origin of conflicts in a collective, are considered. Essence and reasons of origin of organizational conflicts are separately lighted up among civil servants.
