COMMUNICATIVE ETHICS OF PUBLIC POLICE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
Transformation processes in modern communication influence on all areas of civil society, including public poli-cy. The theme of the ethical conduct of public servants, namely the ethics of communication on the Internet during the relevant reforms in the public administration was touched. Communication policy is one of those areas where there is a rapid response of government institutions to the contemporary challenges. The development of the infor-mation society sets a corresponding fast rhythm of communications both within own state, and the international in-formation area. Events in Ukraine become resonance far beyond and form imagination and corresponding reaction quickly. The interrelationships of behavior of public servants with entire complex structure of public administration were determined. Purpose improve the mechanisms of public service. Methods – synthesis, evaluation. Scientific novelty – were further developed mechanisms to build communication links in the public administration. Scope results – public authorities. Conclusions investigated material: the influence of public image on mood in the society and its self-organization were determined. A number of recommendations for public officials on the personal use of Internet resources was advertised. There is a need to further promote communication ethics among public figures and civil servants; encourage public sector to operate within the legal framework and did not stop before the difficulties that are part of the development and improvement of the Ukrainian state.
