MODERN SOLIDAR PENSION SYSTEM OF UKRAINE AND ITS PROBLEMS

Abstract
This article analyzes the current pension system Ukraine, its role, status and level of development. State pension system is an important component of social protection. The efficiency of the pension system depends on the standard of living, their prosperity and stability. The pension system Ukraine today is not perfect primarily due to lack of funds for payments on influencing factors such as an aging population, the shadow economy, unemployment. The subject of study of this article is current pension system and its shortcomings. The main purpose is to analyze the current state pension system of Ukraine, the allocation of the most pressing problems of the pension system and identify ways of reforming it. This study is based on the use of complex general and special methods: systematic and comprehensive analysis, methods comparison, induction and deduction, abstraction and generalization. The scientific novelty and practical significance of the results is the scientific study and develop recommenda-tions for improving the pension system in Ukraine. It is proved that the main cause imperfections pension system is the lack of funds for pension payments. This is due to the fact that the three-tier pension system exists only on paper, the second and third levels are carried out on a voluntary basis. Challenges in our country today are a radical change in the pension system by creating a funded sys-tem of voluntary pension schemes and the need to find new sources of financing the budget of the Fund. It is essential to improve the social security pensioners.
