PECULIARITIES OF THE LEGAL AWARENESS OF RURAL INTELLECTUALS: PHILOSOPHICAL AND LEGAL ANALYSIS

Abstract
This article about the category of legal awareness. It is argued that the life values are directly influenced by the society itself, its ideological paradigm, social values, moral and legal norms prevailing in it. Thus, in a present period of social transformation, it is possible to speak of a “revaluation of values” in consciousness of population. We researched the category of residents who live in rural areas. They should form the legal culture of the rural population, as they have knowledge in various spheres of society's life. The rural intellectuals present a special group a residents of the village, their legal awareness and system of values is of interest to researchers. The values determine the motivation of human actions. We analyzed what the rural intellectuals think about law, the state, public relations. The rural intellectuals is not only able but also called upon to form the consciousness and legal culture of the rural population. It is necessary to raise the level of legal awareness of rural intellectuals. It was established that the state does not pay attention to the development and improvement of legal awareness the rural intellectuals. It is necessary to approve the general concept of formation of legal awareness and legal culture of the rural intellectuals involving in this public organizations, lawers, teachers of higher education institutions, psychologists, coach practitioners.
