DEPRIVATION OF MILITARY RANK ACCORDING TO THE CRIMINAL LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE

Abstract
A special type of punishment applied to servicemen is analyzed in this article – deprivation of military rank. The specifics of this type of punishment are considered, the ways of improving the current criminal legislation of Ukraine are suggested.
