SOME FEATURES OF FORMATION PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article the author studies the issue of reforming the system of public administration and local self-government; briefly outlines the main differences between public administration, public administration and public administration. Some important features that need attention of specialists during the search and formation of a new, effective model of public administration, which would ensure stability in the political, economic and socio-cultural life of society, are determined. Such an analysis is also needed to improve the mechanisms of the current system of public administration, in order to optimally promote the development of civil society and its institutions in Ukraine.
