JUSTICE AS A CRITERION FOR THE EFFECTIVENESS OF LEGAL REGULATION: THE MUSLIM ASPECT

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the phenomenon of justice as a criterion for the effectiveness of legal regulation from the point of view of Islamic legal culture. A historical analysis of the understanding of justice in Islam is given, forms of manifestation of justice are revealed and its interrelation with the category of equality. The interrelation of the Arab-Muslim philosophy with the world’s philosophical thought and modernity is shown.
