MANAGEMENT AS A INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN PERSONNEL ASPECTS OF THE SECURITY OF THE STATE

Abstract
The article analyzes the personnel aspects of interdependence between the national and military security of the state. Theoretical bases, methodological positions of the personnel management system are given and its basic principles are revealed. The types of control systems, measures for assessing information in certain control systems, approaches to measuring the value of information are considered and analyzed.
