PECULIARITIES OF TRAINING SPECIALISTS ON SPECIALTY 015 «PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION» IN ESTABLISHMENTS OF HIGHER EDUCATION

Abstract
The pedagogical contingent of higher educational institutions is formed from graduates of the same educational institutions at this stage. Their traditional training is focused only on the growth of a common scientifi c or professional level. It does not provide for the formation of a culture and basic methods of pedagogical activity. In this regard, the issue of training teachers for institutions of higher education is becoming relevant. The article analyses the peculiarities of training specialists in the specialty 015 «Vocational education (specialization)». The main problems arising in the process of training such specialists are identifi ed. And also the ways of solving problems using the competence approach to forming the professional competence of the teacher are justifi ed. The structure of training of such specialists is given and justifi ed. It is determined that the process of professional training of teachers of higher educational institutions should solve the task of forming a competent specialist who is freely oriented in related fi elds of activity and innovative pedagogical technologies, ready for constant professional growth, social and professional mobility.
