PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS ENABLING THE FORMATION OF READINESS OF FUTURE TEACHERS OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES FOR THE USE OF PERSONALITY ORIENTED TECHNOLOGIES OF STUDY

Abstract
The relevance of the research is stipulated by social and political, economic and social transformations occurred in Ukraine during the last decade that changed the axiological orientations in education. According to the principles of humanization and democratization of society, the main value is recognized as a free, developed, culturally, spiritually rich and creative personality able to live in a rapidly changing environment. The new society, where knowledge has become an asset and personal qualities are the main factor for successful life, gives new tasks for the system of education. Therefore, we can observe the transition from cognitively oriented to personality oriented educational paradigm based on ethics, mutual understanding, mutual respect, creative collaboration nowadays. The basis of personality oriented educational paradigm is a personal approach in study which, due to close contact with other methodological approaches (competency-based, activity-oriented, cultural, social and cultural, technological), is recognized by many scientists as the most efficient one to ground the principles, pedagogical conditions as well as to substantiate a model aimed at forming future foreign languages teachers’ readiness for the use of personality-oriented technologies of study. The methodological principles of higher education, the essence and impact of methodological approaches on the study of foreign languages, the basic characteristics of personality oriented study are analyzed in the article. It is concluded that the training efficiency of future teachers of foreign languages for the implementation of personality oriented technologies of foreign languages teaching is determined both by the extent to which these technologies are implemented in pedagogical universities and the principles the training of future teachers of foreign languages are based on. The principles (humanization, individualization, tolerance, cultural compliance, interactive collaboration, dialogue of cultures), pedagogical conditions are substantiated; the model of the formation of future foreign languages teachers’ readiness to use personality oriented technologies of study is proposed. The main pedagogical conditions enabling the formation of future foreign languages teachers’ readiness to use personality oriented technologies of study are as follows: methodological principles of personality oriented approach in Philosophy, Psychology and Pedagogy classes; implementation of personality oriented technologies of study into the training process targeted to future teachers of foreign languages; students’ individually elaborated didactic materials based on the principles of differentiation and individualization of teaching foreign languages and the use of personality oriented technologies of study in practice. Different modifications of business games (simulation, operational, role-play, business theatre, psychological and sociogram), problem teaching, the method of projects, the method of "brainstorm" discussions, web-quests, etc.) are proved to be the main personality oriented technologies of study, which should be introduced into the training of future teachers of foreign languages The evaluation of the efficiency of the proposed pedagogical conditions enabling the formation of readiness of future teachers of foreign languages to the introduction of personality oriented technologies of study is determined as a direction for further research.
