PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR THE FORMATION OF THE ORGINIZATION CULTURE OF THE FUTURE TEACHERS OF PHYSICAL CULTURE

Abstract
In modern researches according to the qualitative training of future specialists, the necessity to form professional culture of the future teachers of physical culture is underlined, the constituent of which being the organization culture. The article aims at presenting both the methods enabling the realization of pedagogical conditions for the formation of the organization culture of the future teachers of physical culture in the teaching / learning process of a higher pedagogical educational establishment and the results which were obtained during the experimental work with the students. During theoretical research we have defined that the formation of the organization culture of the future teachers of physical culture will be effective if certain pedagogical conditions are implemented into the teaching / learning process of higher pedagogical school. On the basis of psychologo-pedagogical literature analysis these pedagogical conditions have been designated: - the students’ cognition of the basic principles of teacher’s scientific work organization; - students’ mastering of the organization means of interpersonal cooperation involving all participants of the pedagogical process; - development of the future physical culture teachers’ skills of behaviour self-regulation. On the stating stage of the experiment there was chosen a unified diagnostics to define the formation levels of the future physical culture teachers’ organization culture based on the study of the actualization degree of the offered criteria: knowledge-designating (cognition of significance of pedagogical activity, presence of pedagogical values, presence of knowledge and skills to organize one’s own activity and schoolchildren’s activity), activity-oriented (formation of organization, communication and reflection skills, resistance to conflicts), emotional-volitional (emotional orientation, formed moral and volitional qualities, tolerance). Taking into account the obtained results, we worked out the methods which provided the implementation of certain pedagogical conditions into the training process of the future teachers of physical culture. The experimental work presupposed the introduction of certain and theoretically grounded pedagogical conditions which were to facilitate the updating of the contents as well as to activate the organization methods and forms of the educational and extracurricular activities of the students representing the experimental groups. Analyzing the obtained data we have come to the conclusion that a complex stage-by-stage introduction of certain pedagogical conditions (students’ cognition of the basic principles of primary and middle school teachers’ scientific work organization; students’ mastering of the organization means of interpersonal cooperation involving all participants of the pedagogical process; development of the future physical culture teachers’ skills of behaviour self-regulation) facilitated the formation of the future physical culture teachers’ organization culture alongside with the development of corresponding organization skills of the future professional activity.
