PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF COMPETENCY DEVELOPMENT, ORIENTED ON THE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF MILITARY SPECIALISTS

Abstract
In the process of research competence-based mentoring offers an attempt to examine the effectiveness of the military concepts of mentoring. This project will assess whether such programs are adequate and conclusive to satisfy the need for contemporary training of future military specialists in results-based mentoring.
