PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF FORMING THE ECONOMIC COMPETENCE OF THE FUTURE SMALL SPECIALISTS OF HOTEL AND RESTAURANT SERVICE IN COLLEGE

Abstract

The article analyzes literary sources concerning the concept of "pedagogical conditions". The basic approaches of scientists to determination of pedagogical conditions of formation of economic competence of future specialists are considered. The effective system of formation of students' economic competence is analyzed. The pedagogical conditions of formation of economic competence of future junior specialists of hotel and restaurant service in college are determined and substantiated. The author's vision for adjusting the content of education is proposed.
