PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF THE MOTIVATION OF ADOLESCENTS’ ACTIVITY IN THE PROCESS OF MUSICAL TRAINING

Abstract
The work analyzes the pedagogical conditions of the adolescents’ activity in musical activity and its development. The usual pedagogical problem when the subject of music is being taught is how to organize the listening to the serious or classical music. How to make the schoolchildren interested in the works of the aforementioned music? How to help them discovering and feeling the unfading beauty of the music that was created several centuries ago, and how to motivate them to take interest in this phenomenon? It seems that the objective circumstances are not favorable for this: the musical industry is directed towards the commercial popular music; radio and television also follows these tendencies. The blatant advertisements usually lure young people away from the attempts to learn and understand the serious music, and to like it.
