PEDAGOGICAL INNOVATICS IN MEDICAL HIGH SCHOOL: IMPLEMENTATION OF COACHING TECHNOLOGY

Abstract
In the proposed paper in the context of pedagogical innovations the peculiarities of actualization of the student's personal potential are determined. The article deals with coaching as mechanism that directs medical student’s development to goals achievement. Authors studie the role of coaching in the process of training in the higher medical education system. In the article is аlso examined peculiarities of application of coaching in theprocess of evaluating learning outcomes.
