PEDAGOGICAL INTERACTION AS AN IMPORTANT FACTOR TO IMPROVE THE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE TEACHERS OF +MUSIC

Abstract
The article deals with the philosophical and methodological basis of the phenomenon of pedagogical interaction of learning process in the system of contemporary professional education. In time of the global crisis in various areas of public life is changing scientific understanding of man and the universe itself, updating learning content, innovative changes in the forms of educational interaction and nature of the relationship of the learning process. An empathy of music school teachers from a systematic approach according to the study of a personality, caused by biological (the process of ontogenesis, inclinations, instincts), psychological (the principle of development, psychoanalytic, humanistic approaches) and social (interpersonal relationships, identif ication, imitation, empathy) determinants. Empathy is an integral dynamic creation of a personality and is characterized by the formation of a kind of emotional and motivational way of an external and internal response mechanisms based on the social communicative and emotional intelligence. Structure of an empathy as a factor of motivation is characterized by empathy ability, identification, empathy attitudes between relations with younger students. Rethinking of historical heritage of pedagogical knowledge about teaching interaction and new philosophical approaches make it possible to better understanding of the roots of this phenomenon. Based on new scientific aradigm, in the second half of the ХХ century. emerged interdisciplinary research area synergetic theory that today provides a new methodological basis of scientific knowledge in the field of education and is most effectively met the needs of the disclosure and abilities of the individual and how to full.
